ELEVATING PRESTIGE: ASIA MILES BY CATHAY

Our challenge was to maintain Cathay Pacific's premium brand aesthetic while creating engaging social media content to promote Asia Miles to their discerning audience. The loyalty program embodies the airline's sophisticated heritage with elegant minimalism. We needed to balance aspirational luxury with approachable relatability across Instagram and Facebook, effectively showcasing the value and versatility of Asia Miles while driving meaningful engagement.

Our strategy encompassed Cultural Moments that resonated with heritage celebrations in a witty, humorous tone, Cathay Shop Promotions that featured the e-commerce product updates, and Partnership Promotions that highlighted exclusive hot offers—all unified by Cathay's refined aesthetic.
